How will I receive my print?
- Once your portrait is completed, our store will email you the digital file to the email address provided at checkout.
- You will be asked in email for approval before the printing process begins. Please be sure to review and respond as soon as possible to avoid delays.
Shipping
After your approval, print will be shipped based on your selected shipping option:
- Economy shipping: estimated delivery within 5-6 business days
- Express shipping: estimated delivery 3-5 business days. Please contact us for custom quote and order process.
Return Policy (Print)
- As all items are custom-made, returns are not accepted.
- We offer unlimited revisions before printing, so changes of mind after printing are not eligible for refunds.
- Should you need to place a new order, you'll be responsible for the additional cost.

- If the issue is validated, a replacement will be sent.
- If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue a refund.
