Refund & Returns of Digital Artwork

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds or returns on digital artworks.
  • Minor revisions are offered until you are satisfied with your custom artwork.
  • Major changes or complete redraws may incur additional charges.

Prints

Return Policy

As our print products are custom-made, we do not accept returns. Returns cannot be processed unless there is a quality issue as outlined below.

Quality Guarantee

We take pride in delivering high-quality prints and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with the quality of your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item, and we will investigate the issue and find the best solution.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a complimentary replacement as soon as possible. If a replacement isn’t feasible or you cannot wait, please let us know, and we’ll issue a refund.


Color Consistency

We strive for consistent colors across prints using advanced technology. However, due to the nature of the printing process, minor color variations may occur due to factors such as machine settings, paper type, and environmental conditions. These variations are within industry tolerance and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.


Defective or Damaged Products

We will replace or refund defective or damaged products at no cost to you. This includes:

  • Damage during transit
  • Incorrect quantity or items delivered
  • Quality issues not related to customer-provided content

Please contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.


Lost or Returned Packages

If your order is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for a replacement.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, unclaimed packages, or customer rejections will require a new order to be placed. Only the cost of shipping will apply for the new order.

Examples of return reasons:

  • Incorrect Address: If an insufficient address is provided, you’ll need to place a new order.
  • Unclaimed Packages: Unclaimed shipments returned to us will require a new order.
  • Recipient Rejections: If a package is rejected, a new order is required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@nirema-art.com.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without a justification.

To be eligible for a return under this policy, the item must be:

  • In its original condition, unused, and unworn
  • In its original packaging with all tags
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that custom-made and personalized items are exempt from this policy.
