What is a "digital" portrait?
A digital portrait is a high-resolution image file (like a JPEG or PNG) that you’ll receive via email. You can view it on your phone, tablet, or computer, and it’s ready to print in any size or share online. Think of it as your artwork in a digital format, delivered straight to your inbox!
How are the portraits created?
Each portrait is digitally hand-drawn by our experienced artists!
How long does it take to complete my digital portrait?
Portraits typically take 2–7 days to complete, depending on complexity. Need it faster? Rush processing (1–2 days) is available for an additional fee.
Who owns the rights to the artwork?
The artwork you order is 100% royalty-free, giving you full rights to use it however you like.
You have full rights to use the artwork for personal or commercial purposes, including prints, gifts, or promotional materials.
What if I want a print for a portrait I’ve already purchased?
Add the print product to your cart and include the Order ID of your previous portrait purchase in the checkout notes. This ensures we use the correct artwork for your canvas print.
Can I order a print without a custom portrait?
No, prints are designed as an add-on for custom portraits. To order a print, you must first purchase a custom portrait.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit or credit cards via Paypal Guest Checkout.
Can I include pets in my portrait?
Absolutely! Pets are welcome and priced the same as human figures. Just select the number of "heads" (pets or people) you’d like included, and we’ll take care of the rest!

How will I receive my digital portrait?
Once your portrait is completed, we’ll email the high-resolution digital file to the email address provided at checkout.
Can I request changes to my digital portrait?
Yes! We offer revisions for minor changes for free. Major changes or complete redraws may incur additional charges. Revisions are completed within 48 hours of your request.
How do I approve my print before it’s shipped?
Once your digital portrait is completed, we’ll email it to you for approval. Please review and respond as soon as possible to avoid delays in printing and shipping.
What if I want changes after my print has been approved?
Once a print is approved and in production, changes cannot be made. We encourage you to review your digital portrait carefully before approving it for printing.

Where do you deliver prints?
We ship prints within US & UK only.
Which courier do you use for shipping?
United States: USPS or UPS
United Kingdom: EVRI
How long does it take to receive my print?
After you approve the digital portrait, prints are typically delivered within 5–6 business days.
Do you offer express shipping?
Currently, all orders are shipped via standard shipping (5–6 business days). However, if you need express shipping, contact us before placing your order, and we’ll check availability and provide a quote for the additional fee.
How can I track my print order?
Once your print is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number/link via email. Use this to monitor your order’s delivery status.
What if I haven’t received my order after many days?
If you haven’t received your portrait via email, please check your spam folder. If your print package hasn’t arrived, contact the courier first. Let us know immediately so we can help resolve the issue.
What if my print arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. If the issue is validated, we’ll provide a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you. Read our detailed refund policy here.
