How do I order a print?
- Select your print product and choose your preferred size.
- Note: Art is not included in this item yet! To receive a custom portrait on Canvas, be sure to add a portrait item to your order and include this product as an additional item in your cart.
- Proceed to checkout once both items are added.
What if I want a Canvas print for a previous order?
If you decide later to order a print for a portrait you've already purchased:
- Add the print product to your cart.
- In the checkout notes, include the Order ID of your previous portrait purchase.
This ensures we’ll use the correct artwork for your canvas print.
Can I order a Canvas without a custom portrait?
- No, this product is designed as a print option for custom portrait. It requires a corresponding portrait order to create your print.
How will I receive my print?
- Once your portrait is completed, our store will email you the digital file to the email address provided at checkout.
- You will be asked in email for approval before the printing process begins. Please be sure to review and respond as soon as possible to avoid delays.
Shipping
After your approval, print will be shipped based on your selected shipping option:
- Economy shipping: estimated delivery within 5-6 business days
- Express shipping: estimated delivery 3-5 business days. Please contact us for custom quote and order process.
Return Policy (Print)
- As all items are custom-made, returns are not accepted.
- We offer unlimited revisions before printing, so changes of mind after printing are not eligible for refunds.
- Should you need to place a new order, you'll be responsible for the additional cost.
Refund Policy (Print)
- If you're unhappy with the quality of your print, contact us within 30 days.
- If the issue is validated, a replacement will be sent.
- If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue a refund.
- Damaged or defective products will be covered and replaced at no cost.
