Shipping policy

We offer two types of products with different delivery methods and timelines:

1. Digital Artwork Delivery

• Digital portraits are delivered via email within 2-7 days after your order is confirmed.
• Rush orders are available with delivery within 1-2 days for an additional fee.

2. Print Orders

• Once your digital artwork is completed, you’ll be asked to review and approve it before the printing process begins.
• To avoid delays, please review your artwork and respond as soon as possible. We cannot proceed with printing without your approval.
• After receiving your approval, prints are typically shipped within 5-6 business days.
